- Example Menu: Artisan breads, cured meats, cheeses, salads, wraps/sandwiches, hot dishes (e.g. Kebab/Burger/Hotdog station), quiches & dessert table
- Service Style: Staff-served buffet or plated service with upgraded crockery & cutlery
Premium – from £40pp
- Menu Style: Gourmet buffet or plated three-course dinner
- Example Menu: Full premium buffet, steak or salmon main, gourmet salads, artisan breads, hot sides & a luxury dessert table with petit fours
